Because we operate on a whole of market independent basis, we offer our services on a commission basis, fee basis, or a mixture of both. You will be given the choice of how we are remunerated for our services at the start of our discussions, but a typical fee for a standard mortgage application would be £1000, which would be offset against any commission we would receive from the lender.
For example, if a lender paid us a commission of £500, the fee charged to you would be the balance of £500.
Each case is evaluated individually, and so fees would vary accordingly. |
